Source is basing claim on the sound a munition makes prior to impact. The sound is dependant on many factors incl speed, shape, spin, environment, distance, angle, temperature and position of viewer. Similar munitions can sound different when factors change.

If a community note gets shown does not depend on the number of notes. The algorithm is designed so that this kind of attempted manipulation would not change the likelihood of showing a note. The note needs to be upvoted by people of different viewpoints to be shown.
