The quote attributed to George Herbert Walker Bush in the image is false. There is no verified source confirming that he ever said this. It appears to be a fabricated quote, often circulated in misleading contexts.

There have been many cancer cures, and all have been ruthlessly suppressed with a Gestapo-like thoroughness by the cancer industry.
The claim that cancer cures have been ruthlessly suppressed by the cancer industry is a persistent myth and not true. Cancer is not a single disease The idea of a hidden cure is not grounded in reality

While minimal amounts of fluoride can be absorbed through the gums, the levels found in toothpaste are not sufficient to cause harm if used as directed. The primary concern with fluoride arises from ingestion of large quantities over time.

Researchers from Harvard have found that fluoride, which is rampant in the U.S. water supply, is lowering IQ and dumbing down the population.
The post is false. The Harvard study didn't confirm that fluoride lowers IQ. For the average person, drinking fluoridated water at the recommended levels is safe and beneficial for dental health. The evidence linking fluoride to lower IQ is weak at best.

These 5G death towers are in fact high frequency beam weapons that can be aimed at specific people.
There is no credible scientific evidence to support the claim that 5G towers are high-frequency beam weapons aimed at specific people. The health impacts of 5G have been well studied, and the consensus among experts is that it doesn't pose significant health risks.
